Terms of Use

The rules for using CAET Mentors. Short, and written to be read.

Pending legal review

These terms describe how the platform is intended to operate. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. If you are the operator of this site, obtain that review before launch.

Using the platform

By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and give accurate details when you register. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

What you may not do

The material on this platform is provided for your own preparation. You may not:

  • redistribute, resell or republish our notes, papers, questions or solutions
  • share your account, or use automated tools to download material in bulk
  • attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or payment tiers
  • upload anything unlawful, or interfere with the platform's operation or security

Who owns what

The explanations, solutions, diagrams and design on this site are created by CAET Mentors and remain ours. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study.

Exam names, syllabuses and the marks of the conducting bodies belong to those bodies. We reference them to describe the exams; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any of them.

Accuracy of exam information

This is the most important clause on the page.

We take care over exam information and attach the official source to it. Even so, the conducting bodies are the only authority on their own exams, and they change patterns, eligibility rules and dates. Always confirm anything you are about to act on — a deadline, an eligibility condition, a document requirement — against the official bulletin.

We are not responsible for a decision taken solely on the basis of information on this site without that confirmation.

Free and paid access

Parts of the platform are free and parts may require a paid plan. We may change what sits in which tier, but we will not remove access to something you have already paid for during the period you paid for it.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, failures and third-party outages happen. The platform is a study aid; it does not guarantee any exam result.

Ending your access

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, particularly where material is being redistributed or access controls circumvented.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, and we will notify registered users of material changes. Questions go to the address on our contact page.
